Opened in 1997, the Getty Center features pre-20th-century European arts and 19th-20th century American, Asian, and European photographs. In addition, the Center campus includes an outdoor sculpture garden, Getty Research Institute, Getty Conservation Institute, Getty Foundation, and J. Paul Getty Trust.
